Whilst we will sufficiently and securely pack and check this item before dispatch unfortunately, due to the nature of glass being fragile, on very rare occasions breakages during transport can occur. In such circumstances, for us to be able to offer a free of charge replacement, we can only claim from the courier where the item has been checked and signed for as damaged at the time of delivery. In such cases we will get the item collected and send a replacement.

Christmas Delivery 2023 Information: Last recommended order date for a Christmas 2023 delivery on tree/larger items sent with a Courier (subject to stock) is midday Wednesday 20th December 2023 for delivery, needing a signature, on Thursday the 21st, possibly Friday 22nd. For any 'last minute' Courier orders we will still be shipping out items here in our warehouse stock on the Thursday 21st morning (till midday) for delivery Friday 22nd December but the earlier on Thursday 21st the order is placed the more chance of a Friday the 22nd December 2023 delivery. For smaller items sent in the post or Standard delivery (subject to stock) we recommend the last order date of 10.00am Monday 18th December, although for a small extra charge we can upgrade to a Next Working Day courier service from when we ship the order and the Courier dates above will apply (you MUST select this method during the checkout process in the basket page). Please contact us if unsure. Please make sure someone is in to accept and sign for the delivery!

Q: I am looking to place a large order of this item please could you check stock availability and lead times on this product?

No problem at all, we hold general rolling stock but also have regular new stock shipments arriving - if you email us our six digit product ID (found above when a product is selected) preferably with the colour and size too and the quantity you are interested in. We would also need to know any particular dates you would need delivery for if you was to proceed with an order. We will then find out for you and let you know availability ASAP, no obligation.


If you have a budget to stick to this would be a good time to let us know too, that way if we know of a similar product that we feel might be more suited to help keep within your budget we can look into that for you at the same time and then give you all the options and suggestions.

Just Artificial want you to be happy with your purchase - if you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply let us know within 14 days of delivery (or if your product is faulty or damaged within 24 hours of delivery) and you can return the goods to us within 14 days of letting us know, for a refund or exchange. This then gives you a total of 28 days to return any item(s). If your product is made to your own specifications and sizes or we ordered in extra stock to satisfy your order requirements or the product information states the product is non refundable and non returnable, then it is classed as a bespoke non standard item and is non refundable and non returnable.
