The flowers measure approx. 105cm from the top of the Gerbera flower head to the bottom of the stem.

Wedding Stock Availability Information: Although we can supply most stock items quickly and at quite short notice we do recommend for Weddings that you give us as much notice as possible as some items may need to be ordered in, depending on which range/colours and the quantity required. Some ranges will only be available for a certain length of time, so if you see something you like we advise ordering it now rather than waiting until nearer the time - just encase!

Mother's Day 2022 Delivery Advice: Mother's Day is on Sunday 27th March in 2022 and to ensure good time for delivery our last recommended order date for Standard delivery (subject to stock) is 10am Monday 21st March 2022. We can upgrade the service (for a small additional fee) to a Next Working Day Courier if needed (you can select this method during the checkout process), in which case the last recommended order time would be midday Wednesday 23rd March 2022, for delivery Thursday 24th March or Friday 25th March, needing a signature on delivery (subject to stock). Please call us for details if unsure. Please make sure someone is in to accept, check and sign for any deliveries.

Packaging Information about this Product:To keep down delivery prices we may need to carefully bend this product (usually the stem) - generally only if it is being sent with Royal Mail in the post, due to box size restrictions. In this case the item will gently bend back in to position once unpacked. If you would rather us not do this then please contact us after you have placed your order to inform us. We can then advise if there would be any extra cost to upgrade the delivery to a courier service, as they allow us to send much larger boxes.

Q: When a product has a stem can the stem be cut, trimmed down or bent?

Yes, all our stemmed flowers could be snipped or cut down to your preferred size to suit your vase or display - the only exception is some of our flowers have sealed watertight stems (if so this should be stated in the product description/features) and whilst these still can be cut down they will no longer be water tight - so over time if you put them in real water/a liquid the water may go discoloured as the exposed inner metal stem begins to corrode. We cannot accept any items back where they have been cut ot trimmed.

The stems can generally be bent too and the majority have metal wire inside the stems that you cannot see so that they will stay in your desired position. Usually these can be straightened back out again at a later date although some stems do this easier than others.

Q: I am looking to place a large order of this item please could you check stock availability and lead times on this product?

No problem at all, we hold general rolling stock but also have regular new stock shipments arriving - if you email us our six digit product ID (found above when a product is selected) preferably with the colour and size too and the quantity you are interested in. We would also need to know any particular dates you would need delivery for if you was to proceed with an order. We will then find out for you and let you know availability ASAP, no obligation.

If you have a budget to stick to this would be a good time to let us know too, that way if we know of a similar product that we feel might be more suited to help keep within your budget we can look into that for you at the same time and then give you all the options and suggestions.

Returns

Just Artificial want you to be happy with your purchase - if you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply let us know within 14 days of delivery (or if your product is faulty or damaged within 24 hours of delivery) and you can return the goods to us within 14 days of letting us know, for a refund or exchange. This then gives you a total of 28 days to return any item(s). If your product is made to your own specifications and sizes or we ordered in extra stock to satisfy your order requirements or the product information states the product is non refundable and non returnable, then it is classed as a bespoke non standard item and is non refundable and non returnable.
