Our gorgeous silk artificial African Violet flowers are sold as the picture in 3 colours - 1 of each for the price. Pink, Lilac and Purple and is part of our 'Artificial Meadow Flowers Range' which is evocative of a wild flower meadow on a midsummers' day. The approx. measures of the flowers are; 20cm in length, 11cm length of stem and 19cm width of head.

It will be stated how many pieces/units you will get per product bought, for example if it is a 6 x Multi Saver Pack then if you buy Quantity x 1 you will get 6 pieces/units of that product for the price shown, if you buy Quantity x 2 you will get 12 pieces/units of that product for the price shown and so on. We have hand picked some select items that we feel are the kind of items for larger projects and bulk buying and made them have multiple pieces/units ie 3, 6, 12 etc for a set discounted price. Some of these may also have special offers in addition to this. We can offer this because it saves on picking and re-packing time and packaging waste, so we can pass those savings on to you. Q: When a product has a stem can the stem be cut, trimmed down or bent?

Yes, all our stemmed flowers could be snipped or cut down to your preferred size to suit your vase or display - the only exception is some of our flowers have sealed watertight stems (if so this should be stated in the product description/features) and whilst these still can be cut down they will no longer be water tight - so over time if you put them in real water/a liquid the water may go discoloured as the exposed inner metal stem begins to corrode. We cannot accept any items back where they have been cut ot trimmed.

The stems can generally be bent too and the majority have metal wire inside the stems that you cannot see so that they will stay in your desired position. Usually these can be straightened back out again at a later date although some stems do this easier than others.

Q: I am looking to place a large order of this item please could you check stock availability and lead times on this product?

No problem at all, we hold general rolling stock but also have regular new stock shipments arriving - if you email us our six digit product ID (found above when a product is selected) preferably with the colour and size too and the quantity you are interested in. We would also need to know any particular dates you would need delivery for if you was to proceed with an order. We will then find out for you and let you know availability ASAP, no obligation.

If you have a budget to stick to this would be a good time to let us know too, that way if we know of a similar product that we feel might be more suited to help keep within your budget we can look into that for you at the same time and then give you all the options and suggestions.

Returns

Just Artificial want you to be happy with your purchase - if you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply let us know within 14 days of delivery (or if your product is faulty or damaged within 24 hours of delivery) and you can return the goods to us within 14 days of letting us know, for a refund or exchange. This then gives you a total of 28 days to return any item(s). If your product is made to your own specifications and sizes or we ordered in extra stock to satisfy your order requirements or the product information states the product is non refundable and non returnable, then it is classed as a bespoke non standard item and is non refundable and non returnable.
