1. By using our services or this site you unconditionally agree to these terms and conditions.
2. If for any reason you are not happy with your order please return the goods to us in their original packaging, stating your reason for return. See our contact us page for our address. Refunds can only be given if the goods are returned to us as received within 10 days and are undamaged. Goods must be returned at the customers cost. Carriage will not be refunded. We reserve the right to deduct our original delivery cost in sending the product to you, from your refund. You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of the returned goods. We are unable to give refunds for any goods not received by us. You must take out adequate insurance.
3. All shortages and damages must be notified in writing within 3 working days of receipt of goods.
4. If your goods arrive damaged please refuse delivery.
5. All goods remain the property of this company until payment is made in full.
6. Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
7. Prices are in UK pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT.
8. If paying by cheque please make cheque\\\\\\\'s payable to - justartificial.
9. If paying by cheque goods will be dispatched once funds have cleared.
10. We accept payments online or by telephone by credit/debit card via WorldPay or Paypal.
11. All delivery charges are for the UK only, contact us for outside of this area.

14. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, without notice.
