A: We do have a warehouse showroom for customers to come and have a look at the products before you buy. We ask you call and arrange an appointment, so we can make sure that a member of staff is free to give you any advice you require.
A: We are based in Heysham, Lancashire which is about 5 miles from Lancaster and about an hour from Manchester. If you plan to visit please remember to phone us first, giving at least 24 working hours notice, to make sure the time is mutually convenient. Please be aware that most Sat Nav systems take you to a near but wrong road when you put in our postcode (LA3 3PP). Should you want to visit we can advise directions when you phone us, prior to your visit.

A: JustArtificial's Offices and Warehouse are generally open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. The Showroom is generally open for appointments Monday to Friday 10am till 4pm, although we can be flexible should these hours not suit. We ask you to make an appointment, so we can make sure that we have a member of staff free, as the Showroom is in the warehouse.
We have a 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year out of hours and overflow message taking service (where you can talk to a real and friendly human, rather than a machine!) to leave your enquiry, details, number and the best time for us to call you back. We will endeavour to call you back as soon as possible Office Hours or at the time you have requested. You can also send an e-mail to sales@justartificial.co.uk 24 hours a day and you can order online 24 hours a day. Please note we can generally only respond to e-mails Office Hours.
